For the fifth year in a row, Marymount University is offering a 2-week3-credit summer course for high school students. This year's course, The Global Village, will allow students to examine the degree to which people around the world are globally interconnected. The program will examine how increasing global interdependence impacts our daily lives and how our interdependence can affect the future. 

  • Earn 3 college credits - transferable to most colleges and universities
  • Study under renowned faculty who have extensive experience with globally networked learning and intercultural communication
  • Get to know D.C. by visiting culturally relevant exhibits and globally connected organizations
  • Meet students from across the country and around the globe while experiencing college life

Classes will be held from from July 9 through July 21 at Marymount University's campus in Arlington, Virginia, just minutes outside the nation's capital. The daily program will include morning classes, afternoon field trips, and fun evening activities.

Registration will be taken on a space available basis until July 1.
