About the Panel
This leading edge program — featuring Dr. Kenneth Yusko from Marymount University and Sienna Consulting, Nik Shah from PricewaterhouseCoopers, Kimberly Russell from Phillips Corporation, and Dr. Virginia Bianco-Mathis from Marymount University’s School of Business — will cover the field of people analytics.
People analytics will be defined, especially as it moves beyond mere human resource measurement towards the more sophisticated science of noting trends for strategic decision making. Examples of specific analytics' charts, data topics, and tools will be shared. The use of analytics within different organizations will be discussed — as will the journey necessary to travel from basic to advanced measures.
Participants will leave with ideas on how to introduce people analytics within their own organizations and how that will position them to be partners with their company leaders.
